After we had our live oak tree removed, we got busy right away with planting a fall garden!
We got a little metal, hook pole to hang our bird feeder on. It is not as easy for the squirrels to jump onto. They get on the very flimsy branches of our mulberry bush, and leap over to the feeder. The metal pole is not real, real strong, so the whole thing wavers around when they do jump onto it.
We got a small tiller to make our gardening easier. Jason really enjoyed using the tiller, and it was way, way easier than using a shovel and manual tiller contraption--which is what we used in the past to turn the soil and churn up all the clods.
The tiller makes the soil really fine, smooth, and perfect for planting!
Isaac enjoyed spending time with Mommy and Daddy in the yard.
He will really love playing in the yard when he gets a little bigger and learns how to walk.
